Stephen Fagan vs. Barbara Kurth
1979 Fagan abducted  his two daughters 2 & 5 years old, from Massachusetts. 1998 Stephen Fagan was arrested in Palm Beach,Florida. He was given a fine of $100,000 and 2000 hours of community service at veterans hospital in West Palm Beach. No jail time. 
                                                                      
UPDATE 2007
Dr. Barbara Kurth tried contacting her daughters through every avenue known to man kind.Since the time there father was arrested,they refused all contact with their mother.
This is consider Parental Alienation.
